The article discusses modern methods of strengthening the bowl of a reinforced concrete pool in the development of project documentation for major repairs or reconstruction of capital construction objects based on the results of the survey and assessment of the technical condition of structures. To implement design solutions for strengthening the pool bowl, other methods can also be used, for example, using modern methods of strengthening using composite materials [9-11]. This will increase the rigidity of each structure and the bowl as a whole. The development and implementation of these design solutions using modern methods will allow you to qualify the design of the pool bowl in a working state and return the ability to perceive all the loads acting on it.

Diagnostic imaging is a necessary procedure for the accurate diagnosis and treatment of at least 25% of patients worldwide. Therefore, the expansion of opportunities for interaction between the doctor and the patient at a distance during instrumental diagnostics leads to an increase in positive treatment results. This article discusses the ways and problems of using additional devices, including robotic systems, in diagnostics. Having investigated the ways of using ultrasound diagnostic devices as the most informative and useful diagnostic method, and complementary technologies for expanding the capabilities of ultrasound diagnostics, the general principles of working with this equipment were determined. An algorithm for working during the survey was also developed. The definition of these principles allowed us to develop our own solution to the problems that arise when conducting a survey using these technologies.

Modern design cannot be imagined without the application of BIM technologies. Modeling is increasingly used in the design of new construction of buildings and construction, renovations and major repairs, which makes up the majority of projects underway. 2D programs are still used for the inspection of buildings and construction. Visual and instrumental examination is not a difficult task requiring complex programs. But the introduction of BIM technologies ensures the acceleration of work on the inspection of buildings and structures, significantly improves the quality of the result, and also maximizes the actual condition of building structures.

The work is devoted to the problems of using modern digital technologies to manage the implementation of programs for the development of regional socio-economic systems. An approach based on the use of intelligent (knowledge-oriented) informationsystems for monitoring and analyzing the progress of programs is proposed. As a model for representing knowledge about the subject area, it is proposed to use the apparatus of the theory of linguistic variables and fuzzy production rules, which makes it possible to take into account the high level of uncertainty due to both the specifics of socio-economic processes and possible changes in external conditions. The inference engine included in the information system is based on the explicitly interpreted procedure of Mamdani's fuzzy logical inference, which makes it possible to form explanations of the course of reasoning. The developed structure of the intellectual information system is a concretization and expansion of the traditional structure, taking into account the reflection of the specifics of the tasks of managing the implementation of programs for the socio-economic development of the region. The preliminary results of the experimental operation of the research prototype of the developed system can serve as confirmation of the effectiveness of the proposed design solutions.

The article deals with measures to preserve the ground bases of structures in a frozen state. It is shown that the methods of soil screening are cheap and do not use special equipment. These methods use different types of insulation: natural and artificial. The existing technologies of the device of thermal insulation screens on highways and engineering structures are described. It is proposed to replace polyurethane foam with extruded polystyrene foam. These materials are described and their physical properties are compared. The technology of the device of the heat-insulating coating is given.

In Russia, the legislative requirements of the municipal authorities of all regions are gradually becoming mandatory in the field of dismantling trade pavilions illegally installed on urban lands, which is why this article is so relevant. The article deals with the problems of determining the capital of trade pavilions in the judicial construction and technical expertise. An example from practical activity is given. The term "capital structure" is also considered and signs of capital are displayed.

Blasting operations are often the only way to prepare the material for the recess for laying roads and railways in the rocks. Explosive loosening is also used to extract stone as a building material. Field testing is costly and often dangerous. Therefore, it is necessary to first conduct a series of experiments on the model and find out the conditions for ensuring good quality loosening of rocks. In order for the results of model tests to be transferred to nature, a similarity between model and specimen is required. The approximate similarity is achieved by the equality of the similarity criteria for the model and specimen. The characteristic similarity criteria are obtained by analyzing the physical quantities inherent in a mechanical system using the theory of dimension and similarity. The received criteria are presented in the classical form. These are the criteria of Strouhal, Froude, Cauchy and Newton.

This work considers the controversial situations in the field of construction control, technical supervision and оbtaining a commissioning permit. The problematic situation, in which there was no (partially or completely) construction control at the construction stage, is considered. The difficulties of obtaining a Conclusion on Compliance in a similar situation and appealing the decision of the technical supervision authorities in court are picked out. Poor elaboration of mechanisms for obtaining a Conclusion on Compliance in the absence of construction control is noted. The shortcomings of the existing document and the lack of a prescribed legal status of the construction and technical expertise are highlighted. The ways of solving the existing problem at the legislative level are offered. Amending the existing legislative framework, reforms of existing or creating new mechanisms for resolving problematic situations in the absence of construction control are suggested as the main solutions.

The article presents an analysis of project management in terms of the construction industry. The specific features of the management of production activities of construction enterprises have been studied and the effectiveness of this management has been determined. The main problems in the field of project management of construction activities are identified, the main of which is the absence in Russian legislation of a single normative act regulating the development and implementation of a project only in the construction sector. The project management methodology was also considered, using the example of the American methods PMBOK and PRINCE2. The authors analyzed the statistical data of domestic companies involved in the development and management of projects in various industries. The results of the study showed that Russian construction companies are not actively involved in project management compared to organizations in other areas of activity.

The article deals with the features of the occurrence of hydraulic shocks in urban drainage systems. It is noted that when starting up pumping units, a hydraulic shock can occur if the operational personnel do not comply with the maintenance regulations. Significantly more likely to cause hydraulic shocks when the pump units or the unit suddenly stops. In addition, in long water pipes with a complex profile, there is a high probability of a high vacuum and, accordingly, the occurrence of breaks in the continuous flow of waste liquid. The probability of a hydraulic shock is affected by the method of starting the pumping units. Measures to prevent the occurrence of hydraulic shocks are considered: improving the reliability of external power supply; the use of a combined power supply scheme; the use of check valves with smooth closing and other methods.

The article is devoted to improving the processing of radon flux density measurement data using mathematical processing. The article considers the influence of construction works on the radon flux density (RDP) indicators. for the purpose of the study, real measurements were taken at a mining and processing plant in the volgograd region. The article presents the construction of histograms and frequency polygons for measurements performed at different stages, as well as graphs of the empirical distribution function of a random variable. They clearly showed the impact of construction, the hypothesis of the influence of clay soils on the radon output from the soil was confirmed, namely, it was proved that the permeability of the near-surface layer of soil is one of the key factors determining the spatial PPR within homogeneous areas, that is, the permeability of near-surface deposits is one of the leading factors determining the distribution of PPR. analysis of the obtained results allows us to conclude that there is a correlation between the calculated data obtained and the data obtained at the measurement input, i.e. relationship of two or more random variables.
