The paper considers an optical laser-free system for express analysis of vibration state, which includes a dedicated backlight and a videocamera of vision system, which is a displacement sensor. The problem of determining the degree of mutual influence of the reflecting properties of the surface and the spectral composition of the radiation of the light source on the noise level of the CCD matrix is solved. Using dispersion analysis of the results of a field experiment, it was determined that the spectral composition of the backlight is the most significant factor; the best combinations of parameters were identified. Comparison of the noise level with the real vibration signal showed the crucial role of the selection of combinations of the backlight and the type of the reflecting surface.

The article is devoted to the problem of theoretical research and development of perovskite-based solar cells to optimize their design and increase efficiency. The paper presents a numerical simulation of the transfer and accumulation of charge carriers in the planar p – i – n heterostructure of a solar cell. The simulation is based on a stationary physico-topological model based on the diffusion-drift system of semiconductor equations. The efficiency of solar cells for different perovskite film thickness was obtained. It has been established that the maximum efficiency of the optimized design of a solar cell is about 27% with a perovskite film thickness of 500-700 nm and a defect concentration in it of the order of 1012 cm-3.

Experimental studies on the formation of nanoscale structures on the surface of gallium arsenide were carried out. To obtain a modified layer on the substrate surface, the method of focused ion beams was used, and the method of plasma-chemical etching was used for the subsequent formation of structures. According to the research results, structures with a width of 90 to 196 nm and a depth of 2 to 9.6 nm were formed. The results of the studies can be applied as structures for the subsequent formation of quantum dots during molecular beam epitaxy.

Monitoring the condition of indoor objects is an important task of building management systems. To solve the problems of monitoring optimal use of wireless sensors. The purpose of the article is to consider wireless passive sensors that do not require a separate power source. A generalized block diagram of a system for monitoring the condition of objects inside the premises is presented. Two types of sensor data are given: on the basis of radio private identification and on the basis of surface acoustic waves. Their principle of action is revealed and the areas of application in smart home control systems are shown. It is revealed that modern technologies allow solving the problem of providing power to wireless sensors using an external electromagnetic signal.

Currently, one of the main problems of our time is to improve the ecology of the regions. Green areas can contribute to this, however, the southern region of Russia is caused by a dry summer period. In this regard, there is the task of ensuring high-quality irrigation, which is often carried out by automated systems. However, without feedback, it is extremely difficult to bring the process to the proper level of quality. To do this, use humidity sensors, the price of which inevitably leads to a strong appreciation of the system. This article discusses the possibility and feasibility of developing and implementing its own moisture sensor that would meet such positive criteria as low cost, high accuracy and wide range of measurements, high corrosion resistance, versatility of application.

This article discusses the possibility of improving the environmental situation by changing the percentage ratio of metal and fiberglass fittings produced in the direction of increasing the latter. A comparative analysis of the calculation of the slab basement of 300-mm thickness was carried out, in the construction of which reinforcement made of steel (class A-500C) - and fiberglass were used. The results of the study led to the conclusion that, due to the recycling of plastic waste to produce this innovative building material, there is great savings for the manufacturer, and to this is added an improvement in the environmental situation in general, as the amount of industrial waste on the globe decreases without using environmentally friendly methods. destruction.

The article discusses the use of reinforced polymer fibers in architectural and structural design of bridges on the example of structures in the Netherlands. The chemical structure of this material is presented - a polymer matrix reinforced with natural or artificial fibers. A brief historical background of the use of composite materials is given, a comparative analysis of structures made of new construction material and the traditional one is carried out. The problems and possibilities of this relatively new material are discussed. The variants of constructive solutions for the bridge construction of a new generation are proposed. The basic methods for the production of bridge components that meet aesthetic and economic requirements are described: the use of modular elements of the edges of the flooring, the construction of smart formwork and monocoque structures. The physicochemical properties of polymeric materials have been studied in detail, of which it is currently possible to manufacture reinforcement for bridges. In conclusion, the analysis of the effectiveness of the use of this material in architecture and construction over the past decades has been carried out and suggestions have been made about the future vector of the study and application of polymers.
